I just found this thread and i have the same Problem. @RicoHTPC : I have checked your systemspec of the server and same as I, you are using a board based one the H77 intel and DD S2 Cards. This is a problem of the H77 board (according to the support of DD) because the powersupply is not very stable. I have really big problems if i record and watch at the same time. To reduce the stuttering without recording i have changed the codec from LAV to Microsoft DTV. I also record now without watchimg at the same time. What i will do next is to take all HHD (3) out of der TV Server and replace them by only by a SSD for recordig. I will also try Owlsroost TSReader file. Maybe you can check and confirm my suggestion. If nothing helps I will buy a new board and built a new server. Nachtrag: I have just switched on a scrambled channnel (SKY) for EPG-grabbing and after a while i had a lot of artefacts. To find out if it´s the EPG Grabbing I will switch it of and see what happens.
