I used to see all contends in perfect frame rate HDTV at 50Hz, Pal TV also at 50HZ and HD Videos recorded at 24Hz, properly set to 24Hz all via the Dynamic refresh rate plug in.
I've added an external video projector and connect my ATI 3450 1GB RAM with HDMI to projector and Video Component to my Panasonic HDTV.
Unfortunately regular PAL TV is viewed in 25 fps that initially should be at 50 (I know the content in PAL TV is 25Hz) but the image makes really annoying micro stops which is not very nice (seems one frame ok and another bad as TV still keeps 50HZ with no Dynamic change announcement). HDTV is properly played at 50Hz and HD videos at 24Hz. Only regular TV is wrong in VMR9 25fps and Avg. fps 25 fps.
This happens with second display on or off. If I disable the second monitor in CCC (windows) the frame rate comes back to normal. Enabling the second display takes back this behaviour. Even with second display on or off.
I've tried different MPEG2 codecs. ffdshow, hauppauge and Power dvd 9 (dxva enabled). Always happens the same.
