HDTV is properly played at 50Hz and HD videos at 24Hz. Only regular TV is wrong in VMR9 25fps and Avg. fps 25 fps.</p><p></p><p>This happens with second display on or off. If I disable the second monitor in CCC (windows) the frame rate comes back to normal. Enabling the second display takes back this behaviour. Even with second display on or off.</p><p></p><p>I've tried different MPEG2 codecs. ffdshow, hauppauge and Power dvd 9 (dxva enabled).
