    Just like a Hauppauge PVR or a DVB-T card with analogue inputs.
    The Composite or SVHS channels will be there if this is a combination card to do WDM type capture. Or you can still setup two cards and switch between them which would be the method in your case Hally.

    Bionic donkey,

    Agree is making his dvb stuf in 1 dll.
    This dll will tune to the station, grab the epg data etc etc everything is implemented in this dll.
    It would be nice if everything was like a dll.
    Then we can have 1 general interface in MP and depending on the dll used we get dvb-t or analog or .....

    Maybe nice if you would meet with him and talk about this ?

    greets!

    what do you talking about? the IGraph tunes to transponders/channels , gets and decode pat, pmt, sdt, eit,....and so on?

    what way will it do that?

    if you know that, tell me please...

    greets again

    /// Interface definition for graphbuilder objects
    /// A graphbuilder object supports one or more TVCapture cards and
    /// contains all the code/logic necessary todo
    /// -tv viewing
    /// -tv recording
    /// -tv timeshifting

    the interface provides guidlines to create an implemetation of a perticular technology. although it doesn't have the ability to look at tables in a transport stream, due to analogue not having them, it wouldn't be hard to add it.

    I tried to understand this, but obviously Im not that skilled. I have SS2 (SkyStar 2) card based on B2C2 chip. Is there a BDA driver for that one, I can not seem to find it.

    I also looked for this other development thread, the one that does not use BDA drivers :( and could not locate it.

    Can someone post the link or help out here. I turn MP off to watch Sat. I would be much nicer to have all in one place.

    Cheers to MP developers ... great job folks :))))

    if you would have read the complete thread you would have seen that another solution is in development for non bda sat cards like the skystar2.

    Please read the whole thread.

    Maybe my english is not so good, I have read the entire thread ... about 3 or 4 times, and what I got is a refrence to another solution in progress, but not the actual link to that thread. I have searched the entire forum and did not come up with anything.

    So, if you could please point me to the other thread, it would be much appriciated.

    Thank you
