Since Revision 19263,

- Add PTS/DTS patching when header is splitted on multiple ts packets.
- Remove PES containing discontinuities to avoid some codec crash.

with CAM inserted (MatrixCam reborn + NCAS 1.0) in my FloppyDTV-S, tuning fails on many channels and in TSWriter.log there are many errors like
"20-07-2008 10:35:17.254 Pid 201 Continuity error... d ( prev 0 )".
So TvServer fails creating buffer on hd and SetupTV hangs in preview.

Without CAM no problems on the same channel. The CAM works correctly with dvbviewer.

I read many posts where tourettes says that the problem is a "Bad Signal", but maybe is not only a signal problem?
Attached two zip files

1) LogsWithCam.zip: Continuity errors on "Canale 5" Hotbird 13 est
2) LogsWithoutCam.zip: no errors on "Canale 5"

To me it sounds like a HW issue between the CAM and DVB card. DVBViewer is not most likely filtering the bad packets away so it seems to work on signal / data that MP doesnt like.

    Ok, it could be.
But now TVserver HW compatibility is more difficult!
So, before buying a new CAM I'd like to know if it works with tvserver.
Maybe a new thread on card+cam+cam software compatibility could be a good starting point.

i have one floppy-dtv-s and the S2 model.
in both i am using a AlphaCrypt CAM without any issues.

about one year back i had quite massive problems.

the solution was very easy. i updated the floppy-dtv firmware AND the CAM firmware to the lastest versions, and bingo. all worked. :)

Can this problem be the same as my problem

    https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/1-0-rc3-svn-builds-289/0byte-ts-recording-47119/

Without the Cam the problem is gone, with the cam there's a problem, My cam is Powercam.pro, also
with the cam present and recording to a MPG file the problem is also gone, it only happens with TS files, so
    recordings in TS and LiveTV.

So it is probably not a hardware issue, I'm using latest firmware, latest drivers, MP RC3 and a FloppyDVB-S2
