EPG is still not working properly, at best I get a couple of days and usually I only get a couple of hours.
It's supposed to have a full week of program.

set "EPG grabbing while record/timeshift" to 1 minute, tune these channels you have no/short EPG for, and wait at least 1 minute (actually the amount of time that you have set in timeout above), then check again
There can be several reasons for not getting EPG:
1. Provider does not send enough EPG info
2. Provider sends full EPG Info only for channels in tuned transponder, and only Now/Next EPG for all other channels
3. Provider can send full EPG only with one particular transponder (mostly called InfoChannel), and for all other transponders sends only Now/Next.
3. You have set EPG timeout to 5 minutes, but wasn't patient enough to select that channels and watch it at least 5,5 minutes.

no, 0 won't work at all (that is actually a bug there, still not fixed though i posted patch for it 2 years ago). That is why i said set 1 minute.

On my side, i have change the code to auto update EPG while timeshift because in french the EPG are only for current/next hour, this mean that if i watch a channel for 2 hours, no more EPG will be updated, now with the change, EPG is grabbed with refresh every XX minutes (the one set in idel mode)
Not sure it's the same case for you lol

Yeah I just noticed and set it back to 1. Let's see if it works any better.

1mn timeout makes things a lot better. Shame 0mn is not working.
