Okay, so we're getting closer! As I recall you can't manually set the FEC rate with MP 1.1.3 (it is possible in MP 1.2.0b and rc) - this may be the reason that TV Server is not able to lock onto the signal. I suggest you do this:

1. First, click "update satellite list". After that is finished, select the 28.2e satellite in the satellite row that is enabled, then scan the whole satellite with the "predefined provider" scan option.
2. If you still don't get any channels after step 1, try the following:
- go to the tuner list
- select the satellite tuner and click "edit"
- select "DVBS" for "preferred network provider"
- click save
- rescan the full satellite with the "predefined provider" scan

Hi mm,

Sorry for later reply, not sure why but i couldn't access mediaportal website and even now it is very slow.

After changing cards network provider to dvbs scanning is working and i am able to watch free to air channels.
