    Hi player-x,

I assume you mean Terratec 2400i for HDTV over DVB-T? I have this combination working since some months without any problems with the card nor the decoders. I use PowerDVD's h264 codec.

    What issues do you have?

The problems i have are specific for Norway and i now the card works elsewhere.
They want use to use only setup boxes and noting else works (yet)

But like always here in Norway there are 3 ways to do things

    The right way
    The wrong way
    And the Norway

Something somewhat related since I guess Riks TV will be using Conax pairing....

Swedens biggest cable provider Comhem(which also uses Conax + Pairing) has opened up their network to Sonys latest LCD TVs using a special CAM module, the CAM-module is named SMiT and permits card pairing. Comhem hasn't enabled the HDTV channels yet but they're "investigating the possibilities". Maybe the module will be certified for Riks TV.

    So the update is:
    1. Last versions of DvbViewer allows viewing the 3 free-to-air channels (NRK1, NRK2, NRK3)
    2. Work is under way to change/patch FAAD/FAAD2 opensource decoders to allow LATM AAC decoding

What is needed in order for this to work in MP? Both the Dvbviewer demuxer and some AAC decoder, I guess, but is it triviall to integrate those elements into the MP directshow-graph?

No-one really has a clue regarding the remaining 17 or so channels that are encrypted?

Things are finally happening! Soon we have CAM and TV-Card. Only problem left is pairing?
