Synopsis::

When using SPDIF passthrough (optical) on DVB-T no matter what audio codec I use I have perfect sound for 3 or 4 minutes then the sound starts to stutter and after about another minute disappears

If I change channels after the stuttering starts the new channels is ok at first and then it eventually does the same or if I change channels straight back to the original channel same thing, ok at first then stutter.

SPDIF passthough works ok with DVD and movie files just DVB-T.

I don't know what fixed it but I installed the latest SoundMAX driver which I'm sure I already had and this changed the the SPDIF output in the AC97 Audio Configuration to Output digital only instead of Output digital and analog and now all is ok
