[Approved] DVB-T tuning details Germany Braunschweig updated (1 Viewer)

After I made a fresh install of my System yesterday I dated the tuning details for Braunschweig up.

Strange is that MP still comes with Details named "Hannover_Braunschweig" but These regions are not tied together any more. More weird is, that there is Details for "Hannover" seperately.
So I suggest to add the Details I attached and deleter "Hannover_Braunschweig" from git - since those are totally outdated.
