DvbIP no success on configure (1 Viewer)

Hi there,

following situation. Here, only german T-Entertain IPTV is available. Not all channels are public, but some can be viewed (they are listed here http://download.avm.de/tv/tv1.html). On my laptop with Windows 7 installed I can watch these channels with VLC-Player. Now I'm trying to setup Media Portal for use with Kodi. But I have no luck.

Kodi with installed PVR IPTV Simple Client plugin, I can watch IPTV. Windows Media Center with DBVlogic DVB-IP in background, I can watch IPTV. But I have no success configuring actual Media Portal 1.10.0 Server for DVB-IP. When opening TV-Server configuration, there are two pre-defined cards (RadioWebStream and DvbIP). For DvbIP card I can choose the service Germany.T-home. But when starting channel search, I get "No Signal" for each channel in Germany.T-home.m3u.

I've reinstalled Media Portal a lot of times. Windows Media Center services are stopped. What am I doing wrong?

I have some new information. After completely disabling Windows Firewall the channel scan for DvbIP works!? But on installation I enabled checkbox to let installer modify firewall rules? Why doesn't this work?

Solved it on my own. The following Windows Firewall rules were not applied:

netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name =TvService dir=in action=allow program="%programfiles(x86)%\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\TvService.exe" enable=yes
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name =TvService dir=out action=allow program="%programfiles(x86)%\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\TvService.exe" enable=yes

After executing above lines manually the scan is running

TVService shoulöd already be getting full access. Could be a Windows thing but reinstalling is not always resetting firewall rules. This is the respective Wiki entry, which is listing TVService:
