hi,

when a dvd is inserted into my HTPC, and MP is not in the foreground, when i return to MP, the "a disc has been inserted do you want to play it" dialogue is on screen, however, the message is missing, and the yes/no options are not selectable. it is possible to choose all the other navigational options and watch tv/videos, but the dialogue remains on top. the only way to remove it i've found is to restart MP. if you need any other details, just let me know. screen grab, and logs attached.

cheers,

dh.

yeh, looks similar. i guess the way it's describe there is that the MP window is minimised when a dialogue is open, whereas mine is already minimised when a context menu is opened... minor difference. if the one fix addresses both, no worries.

where to from here?

ok, i'm going to go ahead and remove the logs/screenshot from my FTP since it doesn't look like they're needed.

cheers,

both are always needed - but please just use the attach feature of the forum and not upload these infos elsewhere.

the screenshot and logs are 'attached' rather than 'linked' now.
