DVD ejection - Do you have the same problem ? (1 Viewer)

Hello,

When I eject a dvd without pressing stop, Mediaportal freeze on the DVD movie and I cannot escape from this.
I have to reinsert the DVD again, click yes in the Autoplay box and then properly press STOP to exit my DVD.

Using PDVD8 video codec / FFDShow audio codec.

Do you have the same issue ?

PS : I ask this because my HTPC is for the family and they often eject DVD from hard (when it goes back to the menu at the end of the film) without pressing stop, like a dvd box player. So they get stuck and they call me

I have just tested, but mine ejects without problem.
XP, PDVD7 codecs.

Have you tried with other codecs?

I you still struggle, follow the guidelines for a support thread and hopefully someone can pick up something regarding your problem.
