DVD .ISO's play from "My Videos" but not "Moving Pictures" . Blu-ray .ISO's play OK. (1 Viewer)

Strange issue with fresh 1.3.0 RC, 1.3.0 Final & 1.2.3. Anydvd hd, vitualclonedrive, & moving Pictures installed (logs attached of DVD iso playing & not playing)
DVD .iso's play (it takes about 45 seconds before it starts) from "My videos" but the same DVD .iso won't play from "moving pictures".

BluRay .iso's play from "My videos" or "moving pictures".

I see an exception when the DVD iso's don't play"

A thorough search of various forums only show an old (2008) issue with moving pictures & LAV.

Is anyone playing DVD iso's from Moving Pictures??

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
