DVD playback with ffdshow (1 Viewer)

DVD playback is freezed when DVD menu should be displayed. Vista EVR in use. Also several ffdshow versions tried to overcome this without any luck. Same setup with RC2 was OK. Both plain RC3 and SVN tried with same behaviour. With M$ codec menu is displayed and DVD can be watched but then quality is really bad.

Also VMR9 is not usable as screen is totally black from the beginning.

DVD Menus are a big issue, not for MediaPortal, but for the codecs you use.
The DVD Navigator has to be compatible with the Audio and Video Codec. If this is not the case, you will have major issues with the DVD Menu/Playback.

We can not do anything about this issue.
"Best" configuration atm. seems to be to use VISTA and its NAvigator + video/audio codec.
