DVD player icon only flickers and dual nova-t stick query (1 Viewer)

Hi - I've had this problem since the start. If I click on the dvd link from the main screen, the screen flickers black quickly but just stays in that main screen. If, however, I take the dvd out and put it back in it starts automatically - any ideas?

The other thing - I've got a couple of nova-t sticks but can't seem to get mp to use both of them ('unable to creat graph'). Before you tell me to look at previous threads, I have and replaced the psisdecd.dll and mpe seomthing.dll files but have had no luck. Does anyone have any ideas?

Does it play the DVD?

I had a similar problem where if I tried to play a DVD, it would go to a black screen but would just hang and I had to close MP down through task manager. The way I resolved it was by installing the Nvidia Pure Video codec.

Hi - the guys seem to have fixed the dvd issue in the new release. Now works really well.

Still puzzled by the dual nova-t sticks, though.
