just gave a fresh Win8 another try but the refresh rate doesnt get changed.AMD A3400 with 13.4fresh MP install with minimal config changes.using CCC profiles for rate changing is a work around but i cant manage all refresh rates, eg. difference between 23.9 and 24 Using Win7 refresh rate change works perfectly fine but PDVD uses wrong dynamic range.
