The TV reports 24Hz thus the switching works, but it doesnt tell wether 23 or 24. In Win7 with PDVD13 codec and internal switching the lines are even flater. Absolutly no problems for months. Thats why I switched back to Win7 after unsuccesfull trial of Win8. Im sure, the syncing methods with MPAR work, but since Win7 works totaly fine without, I prefer not to use such work arounds.</blockquote>
