ATSC came out in 1990s well after colour was added. So I still don't know why ATSC is listed as 30/60 and NTSC is lsited as 29.97/59.4[DOUBLEPOST=1371983740][/DOUBLEPOST] So in that case the fps field should be left blank and not editable, because it doesn't do or mean anything. Setup is unnecessarily complicated with redundant options
