Easy way to save ALL settings? (2 Viewers)

Just wondering, im getting ready to reformat my PC and go from XP to Win 7 64 bit. Is there a simple way to save all my settings and everything so when I reinstall MP I can just move my old folder? Is it as simple as saving the folder?
