[fixed] Empty osd when immediate skip steps in Default skin (1 Viewer)

MP version is 1.3 RC
Skin version is DefaultWide

1. Start MP
2. Start a video
3. Press UP arrow
4. The OSD is empty

If I press left/right arrow only the step value is shown. In the 1.3 alpha, the information was more detailed when I use skip steps (like in the Titan now).

I suggest to put this fix to 1.3 final.

Well, since the skin change was intended behavior (without going into a deeper discussion if this 'feature' is nice or not), the skin behaves as it should.

I completely understand your arguments @tourettes but i'm just trying to clear the entire list of (potential) outstanding bugs, and we already had discussion about this change, so....
@catavolt what are we gonna do with this? Is this gonna be reverted for 1.3? Do you want to leave it as is with the above comments?

and for Skip Step % (Up / down arrows ), he don't display also!
