I was messing around with the plugin yesterday, I installed it, imported my series directory, everything went well.
When I went back to my MP I saw the menu option "My TV Series", but entering it gave me a normal screen (using the standard wide theme), with the MP icon on the top left. If i use my up/down button there appears a button, but empty with no text.
For the rest I can't do anything, except going back to my main menu.

I can't make any screenshots right now, I'm at work, but it would be appreciated if maybe someone could give a hint so I can try more tonight.
I have checked if I copied all the files and the correct files, and it seems to be all correct.

You should have a look at the MediaPortal.log file.
It seems as there is a skin file missing or incorrect.
    Which skin do you use?

Yep same problem here, had a functioning plugin two days ago with a couple of series, than added some files and new series, and did a rescan in the configuration to add these to the database, and now get the empty screen as described in the mediacenter

I'll post the log file content tonight. I use the standard skin (can't remember the name right now), I tried the normal setting and the widescreen, both give the same result.

I'm having similar problems. I'm using blue wide. I can bring up the MP tv series page for series and seasons. The moment I click on the season to see actual episodes, I get a blank list.

Looking at the MP-tvseries.log file I see:

3/16/2007 1:10:11 PM - The 'LoadFacade' function has generated an error displaying episode list item: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.DirectX.AudioVideoPlayback, Version=1.0.2902.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. I upgraded DirectX, didn't change a thing...
Attached my log file, I just started the HTPC, opened "videos" and "my tvseries", and closed MediaPortal. I don't see anything wrong in the log file, anyone else?

Since it has worked in the past, I assume you all did copy the correct xml into the skin?

Wagas, as Gaukaran said that particular error of yours should be fixed with the DX-Update.

Codemann, you have to attach the mp-tvseries log, not the mp log.

17/03/2007 15:36:52 - Error occured while scanning files in '\\FILESERVER\Share\SERIES' (The network location cannot be reached. For information about network troubleshooting, see Windows Help.

But when I enter that location exactly the same (copy & paste) in my windows explorer, it works fine.
