I'm using latest MP and am trying to get Mediaportal to play a Bluray in the MP "Play Disk" menu option. Specifically, to launch an external player. I'll tell you what I've done and perhaps someone can point out what i did wrong?
I've gotten several different BR disks to load and play fine through Moving Pictures using an external player I've setup through Moving Pics. So that's why I'm confused why MP won't do it. When I go to the main menu & hit "Play Disk", it goes black for a second and then returns to the main menu.
In MP config, under Videos/Extensions, I've added .mts & .m2ts for Blueray extensions.
Under Videos/Player, I've added the path to my player and parameters: C:\Program Files\VSO\VSO Media Player\0\VMP.exe exact same as in MovPic config.
Under Videos/Folders, I've got my DVD drive checked.
Under DVD Disks/Player I have the same external player path & parameters as above.
I'm at a loss for what I might have missed. Any clues? Any other info I can provide?
