I have just started using MediaPortal 1.0.0.0 RC1 with TVServer 1.0.0.0 RC1 in a single seat configuration and am having a problem with the EPG.
I am using WebEPG to grab the EPG from myDigiGuide: The Best UK TV Guide, then using the XMLTV plugin in TVServer to display the data.
The EPG is importing and displaying fine, the only problem is that if a channel closes down during the night (eg BBC HD), the EPG entry for the last program extends from the start of the last program to the beginning of the next.
For example, tonight 'Gavin and Stacy' runs for an hour from 23:00 to 00:00. The next program is not until 13:30 tomorrow. There should be a gap in the EPG from 00:00 until 13:30, but instead the EPG says that 'Gavin and Stacy' runs all the way through from 23:00 until 13:30, and if I schedule a recording of it, it will try and record all 14.5 hours of it.
I have checked that 'always fill gaps' is turned off, but not sure what else to try?
