Yes, that seems to be correct.Please look at the *.doc - it indicate the file in my folder, saved as a dtd file. Is this correct ?

Can someone tell me how to make a batch file to covered up the above ?

Just create a text (.TXT) file with the described content.
After the file has been created, change the extension from .TXT to .BAT in the same way as you did for .TXT to .DTD.
