EPG via DVB-IP PID 16,17,18 causing problems (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I am trying to use my DD Octopus Net 2*S2/2*CT via the DVB-IP interfaces. If I don't use the Data PID 16,17,18 all is working fine and I can fast tune every channel. When I use the additional PIDs for each channel to get the EPG it causes that I can't tune to any channel!

DD tells that some clients can cause problems using the EPG via DVB-IP and the PID 16,17,18, but can I do something to get it work?
When I try to tune the same channel e.g. rtsp://@192.168.1.34/?freq=586.000&bw=8&msys=dvbt&pids=0,544,545,551,546,547,18,17,16 via VLC all is woking fine.

In this case are you using pids=all, or just excluding PIDs 16, 17 and 18 (eg. pids=0,544,545,551,546,547)?

From my perspective I don't see why tuning should fail when you include the additional PIDs. The failure seems to be in receiving PMT, which is the table of details for video, audio, subtitles etc. You need to ensure that the list of PIDs includes the PMT PID. If it already includes it then I suggest you post full log files showing both successful and unsuccessful tune attempts so that I can see a full picture of what is happening.

In the working scenario I use only pids=0,544,545,551,546,547.

I will try to get back to the testing scenario the next days and post the logs.

Did you ever find a solution for the dips 16,17,18 for epg that disturb the video feed?
