I think the error indicates a bug that was fixed by damien a while ago, please try latest svn. But you shouldn't get any display at all if it cant open the db. Weird. You're builddate indicates you are using a rather old binary.

I upgraded to the latest SVN and that error message disappeared. But it still does not work. This is hopeless

So post the log with the latest version.

FYI - the 1080 skin is working (I use it on a 720p screen, MP handles the re-size fine).
The reason you are not seeing any of the 'miising info' as you call it is because you have not set it up correctly, you need to add the rules.
Please read and follow the readme inclused with the skin.

I uninstalled every single Mediaportal component, reinstalled everything and it is now working beautifully

I did not want to start a new thread so...

Is anybody having the same issue with the xface skin?

I get a lot of overlapping text using it. All the images are there, but most of the text at the bottom, as well as scrolling text in the top overlaps images and text. Does Xface not correctly support the newest version mp-tvseries? My resolution is 1920x1080.

I can post some screenshots if needed as soon as I get home.

And ideas?
