Episode Titles in Lowercase / Missing Features (1 Viewer)

Can't seem to get an answer to this.

Take for instance, the series "Lost". I have all five seasons and their filenames are all in the same format:

<Series Name> - <S##E##> - <Episode Title>.<ext>

Only Season 4 works correctly, as in:

• 
  Titles are Upper/Lower cased (like I want)

• Each episode has a screen example

• Each episode has a synopsis

• Each episode has a rating

Funny thing is, there is one exception in both Season 1 and 2. The episode is "Exodus (3)", which is listed as episode #25 in Season 1, but I think it was actually from Season 2 and a special episode. It is also listed in Season 2 and everything works for that one episode.

And again, all episodes in Season 4 are fine.

I am pretty sure this only happened in time and they were okay before. It's like some other version was downloaded. I looked on TVDB.com and all the episodes seem intact.

I deleted the database and rescanned and it works now.
