Error 80040273 - Can't start TV (1 Viewer)

I seem to be experiencing a software problem that many people have asked for help with, to no avail.
Search this forum for "80040273" and you'll see what I mean.

I had a working installation, but something has changed and now I can't start TV, I always get a blank dialogue box. I've tried different tv-cards, codec packs and have used the same versions on another pc and it worked fine.

I can select the tv-card and tune in the channels, I just can't watch any TV.
Let me know if you need more logs.

Your help will be appreciated.

Solved it myself.

Seems MP didn't want to start video on a screen run from my secondary (PCI) graphics card.
I rearranged the monitors so that I now view it on my primary (PCI-E) card.

Primary: ATI Radeon X850XT PCI-E
Secondary: ATI Radeon 9250 PCI

Hope this helps someone else.
