I get an error "unable to delete" when I try to delete some recorded TV shows.
I can delete some and with others I get the error.
I do use comskip. Comskip should have had plenty of time to run and complete the skipping process.

    The log is attached.
    Thanks.
Edit: I should say I am using win 10 insider preview 14257
I do use the default windows defender and windows firewall.

...but it can't tell us which other process is preventing the file from being deleted. So, the log files don't really help. However, once you discover that a file is locked, you can use Windows task manager -> resource monitor to check which processes are using the file:

Only for guess: "Comskip should have had plenty of time...", but did you check that really comskip is not running (in task manager the comskip process should not appear)?
Maybe you've already check that and what I say does not make sense, but in my case, with HD programs comskip takes much, much more than with SD programs.
Sometimes it happens the same to me and always comskip "is involved".
By the way, the comskip donator version claims to be much faster with HD.
