ERROR EDIT SKIN SETTINGS 1.3 BETA (1 Viewer)

I have just updated from 1.3 alpha to 1.3 thread and me a new problem has arisen, in MediaPortal - Configuration - GUI - Edit Skin Settings goes out for me the message of rror enclosure, both for Streamed Mp and for Titan and even any other skin.
I have tried to realize a clean installation of 1.3 thread and em arises the same mistake.
It designs someone of what I can have evil or what I can be absent?.
I have tried to update windows and nothing.

finally the change of the principal hard disk of system has led me to reinstating MP from zero and the problem has disappeared, is not the best solution, but already you know ...
