Error Installing TvServer on Windows 2008 R2 x64 (1 Viewer)

I tried to install Beta 1 and Last SVN Build both with same Result.
Installing TvServer and Creating DB.

Installed BDA Driver for both Cards.
Installed BDA_R2__TV_Card_.msi
Insttalled eHome Driver - Windows Server 2k8r2 x64

But there is no Server listed in TvServer Config.
I tried with and without Driver Signtaure, same results.

Seems to be some Remoting problem (see attached logs).

Maybe I'm missing some Windows Server Feature or something?
