Error messages in MP Config after reinstall (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

I just upgraded (reinstall) my Media Portal to version 1.1.3 without having any (new) issues except one (so far):

When I go to the MP configuration and select plugins there are about ten error messages displayed about incompatible plugins (see attached screenshots). It seems that not every plugin from the older MP version was removed.
Does anyone know how I can get rid of these messages e.g. by removing the incompatible plugins completely?
