Error Running Grabber (1 Viewer)

Hey I am new to MediaPortal and have been trying to get everything set up. I finally got most of the initial setup done, but have run into trouble with the EPG.

I have been trying to follow the tutorial "EPG USA setup using xmltv. STICK THIS!", and when I get to the "Run GRabber" step I keep getting the same error message:

TVGuideScheduler.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

ANybody know how to fix this?

I also had problems with the grabber in the configuration utility. It seemed to ignore my .conf file and always want to load a guide from the UK.

However, running things manually in DOS seemed to work fine for me so I would give that a try. Once you have made your tv_grab_na_dd.conf file you can just use the command:

xmltv.exe tv_grab_na_dd --days 7 --output tvguide.xml

to create your tvguide.xml file and then import it in the configuration app rather than running the grabber.
