My error log.bak is full of this:

2010-04-02 08:34:21.984375 [ERROR][MPMain(1)]: GraphicContext: Error setting Blankscreen to False - System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at MediaPortal.GUI.Library.GUIGraphicsContext.set_BlankScreen(Boolean value)

at MediaPortal.GUI.Library.GUIGraphicsContext.set_BlankScreen(Boolean value)

I take it something is wrong, so where should I start to fix it ?

Please provide full logs and provide steps when this happens.

OK well the original logs I created are gone, but the error.bak file was huge, about 80mb. But even on a fresh start up ie

Started Watch Dog
Did steps before MP starts
Started MP
Closed MP
Ran the log collector.

The resultant zip of logs is attached

Now the error log itself looks pretty clean (but you would expect that after such a brief run of MP ? )

But look at the error.bak file, it is full of errors.

I have recently started using power saving options so computer will go into standby when not doing anything, which all seems to be working. ie the computer stands by ok after ten mins of no activity and seems to wake up ok when something is due to record.

:D
