The problem is with your XVID encoding. I am guessing you have used anothe rprogram to encode somthing to XVID (such as AutoGK) and it has chnaged your xvid settings to 2 Pass, second pass (or something similar)

The xvid codec is dispolaying this error as it hasn't done a first pass of the file. Chnage to single pass and it should work fine.
