evr wrong fps, stutter in rc3 (1 Viewer)

When i try to use the evr renderer under vista, when i right click the renderer properties it shows absolutely wrong high framerates and i have micro stutter in full screen. If i try WMP with same codecs it shows right fps and no stuttter. Also all ok with MPC Homecinema. Only under MP the EVR renderer is not working properly.

Any suggestions why this is happening ? I tried it with both nvidia and ati hardware, with same results.
