Konfigurationsdatei der Anwendung oder des Computers
(machine.config) der jitDebugging-Wert im Abschnitt system.windows.forms festgelegt werden.
Die Anwendung muss mit aktiviertem Debuggen kompiliert werden.

Zum Beispiel:

Wenn das JIT-Debuggen aktiviert ist, werden alle nicht behandelten

Hi,

from the release notes:

During our tests we noticed that in some cases the uninstallation of a running TV-Server might fail. We will try to fix that for the 1.0 final release.
To avoid issues we recommend that you manually uninstall MediaPortal and/or the TV-Server before you launch the RC3 installer.

If you recently installed the ServicePack 3 for Windows XP then it is essential that you re-apply the dvb-fix mentioned on the requirements page.

If you had MediaPortal 1.0 RC2 installed, then it is possible that the RC3 installer will show you an error message.
This is caused by an old xml file from the RC2 installer.
If you encounter this error, please just run the RC3 installer again, and the installation will work without problems.

Hi,

kein Problem. Hoffe es hilft. Du schreibst ja, dass Du nur den Client installierst. Deswegen ist es ein wenig seltsam, dass eine Fehlermeldung wegen dem Server kommt. Falls nicht, einfach noch mal melden.

ich habe die installation nochmal durchlaufen lassen (nach deinstallation), danach war alles installiert, das einzig was nicht funktioniert hat (allerdings ohne Fehlermeldung) war die konfiguration der Firewall (hier steht skipped) ist aber für mich nicht soooo wichtig.

Das Problem tritt übrigens auch auf wenn man den Dienst "Windows Firewall" Deaktiviert. Dann findet er bei der Installation keine Firewall und meldet auch diesen Fehler.
