Exception when stopping TV service (1 Viewer)

When stopping the TV service, the following exception is thrown:

2010-07-01 11:13:46.484375 [(5)]: Exception ystem.ArgumentException: Service TvEngine.Events.ITvServerEvent is not registered
bei TvLibrary.Interfaces.ServiceProvider.Get[T]()
bei TvEngine.TV3BlasterPlugin.Stop()
bei TvService.Service1.StopPlugins()

Why is the service not registered and how could I do that?

I have exactly the same error plus one additional when restarting tv service.
error log attached.
