So, I used to be a Windows Media Center user but have now moved on to Media Portal for more reasons, looks better, can actually record HD-TV and play it back in HD (In Denmark) and more things.
During my first encounters I have had to re-install the whole thing a few times and here is the thing: At some point I had some cool features when I was playing back video or TV streams. I could select Non-interlaced mode and there was something about refresh rate that could be selected which made the playback look really smooth.

But now it is no longer there, so why could that be? (I am quite sure I've used 1.1 BETA the whole time).
Is it some form of plugin that makes these options available during playback which I might have enabled in an earlier installation?

I hope it isn't something I have just dreamed and that a friendly soul could give me a hint
I have not uploaded log files, since this is not an error, hope it is ok.

switch config to advanced mode .. this should sort u out.

Thanks, I always run config in advanced but now i found a place in the Genral tab to enable refresh control, but that didn't make any change, still no possibilty to choose non-interlaced or refresh control while watching videos or tv.
As I remember it, they used to be available when I paused playback and then on the timeline bar there were some extra functions I could select regarding this.

Any hints anyone?
