These patterns seem to be suitable for a file structure of a folder per tv show (its name is used for matching) containing folders for the individual seasons, which finally contain the video-files themselves (with at least the episode number somewhere in the name). If the problematic files are organized differently, that would certainly explain it.</blockquote>
