Hello,

I have an problem after updating from RC2 to RC3: After stopping TV and trying to restart same channel it I get a error message "No signal". If I choose another channel it starts immediately.

Also after resuming (from standby/hibernate) "unknow error" occurs.

Has somebody the same problems?

I will do a reinstall this evening (when I'm home) and send logs if it still happens...

please try normal RC3 release and report back in the RC3 forum if the same happens - i think it won't have anything todo with my release.

Really was hoping for the best from this edition as my latest install has become very slow changing channels and between cards. also HD content is barely loading at all. i am running 4x clients around the house and a home server multiseat setup. RC3 works fine just slow and glitchy but this seems to connect to the db fine but no tv works at all, it instantly recalls unknown error! arghhhh help! any thing i need to do to get this working?

sorry but you can read my changes on the first page. This is not a wonder... release. It has only some named changes. Sorry nothing i can do for you. Please open a bug report in the rc3 subforum.

Hi disaster,

will there be a RC4 version of your edition?

Otherwise I would stay with your RC3, because I need that "record weekly everytime on channel X"-thing...

there will be but RC4 doesn't have any interesting fixes - the most important ones are the ones related to the installer...

For recording, could you also make the rule "...on this channel and at this time"?
That's the one I'm missing. There are parallel HD<>SD channels and I only want the program for 1 resolution.

well, for me I'm very looking forward to your RC4, because of
0002874: Mediaportal does not handle WebEPG with new lines in program title properly
