Extract Codecs from PowerDVD (1 Viewer)

Sorry for necroing such an old thread, but this is literally the only place which has instructions to install PowerDVD codecs separately. The file that wonkyd had attached downloads but is shown to be a corrupted archive. Does anyone here still have that archive or knows how to enable DXVA in the Windows XP registry so that the PowerDVD codecs are recognized?
