Last evening I was watching TV and decided to record House on another channel. The program on the first mentioned channel had finished so I tried to switch to the channel with house on it. MP asks kindly whether or not I wanted to start viewing from the beginning or that I want to view live. Since the program wasn't on that long I decided to view from live mark. This is where MP starts with a problem; It said: cannot start timeshifting; channel is scrambled. I have 2 tuners in it with smartcards, so watching and recording the same channel shouldn't be a problem. after that message I tried to stop the recording to no avail. No matter what I did I couldn't stop the recording, even after reboot it started to record.
When I looked into the tvserver configuration, I found, in the section tv shedule, that the tv server had occupied both tuners, one for SBS (house) and one for RTL7 which I was watching before. Once I deleted both shedules I could watch TV again!
Am I doing something wrong
or could this be a bug in tv-server/MP?
