For those series, you can see that the online database is returning BAD XML. This needs to be fixed online, usually what fixes it is save the series info again by clicking the save button for the particular series at thetvdb.com.Clicking save, regenerate the XML online...if you wait about 15mins+ and run an import again you might find that it fixes the issue. If not you need to report it in the there forums.
