Failed to startup TV-Service / Socket-failure (1 Viewer)

I just installed MP 1.3.0 RC yesterday and everything worked fine.
This morning I found tv-service stopped and cannot be started anymore. A window with details about net socket failure appears after a couple of seconds.

I already found the hint regarding checking the hosts file. - But the file is already OK and contains those two lines.

Can anybody help me?

UPDATE:
After a clean uninstall and a new install TV-service starts again. - I hope this time it is fixed.

BTW: Does anybody know what´s the reason for this stack failure?

OS: VISTA Business SB2 all patches, no other sw installed, FW disabled
