sorry.. not much progress.
But, in the fh.log i see these lines.

the last line (now playing) is the time that the fanart was displaying.
If i am seeing it correct than i started playback arround 18:39:33.
the song was playing as i wanted but no fanart.
almost 2 min later fanart starts working at 18:41.27....
does it has something ti do with the now playing thing ?

After this line FH start refresh timer for Fanart ... And then immediately (~250ms- 500ms) tries to update the fanart online. But this event occurs in two minutes:
Here it is ... What is the delay I do not understand
I add more debig info ... try ...
