In this log i dont see any delay and problem ... There is a slight delay when receiving the selected fans, but there is a resultant selection of about 2000 values.

The reason for the large number of tags for the parent folder. For example:

2044 pictures, in general, work out quickly, but there is a stage of preparing the tags and the formation of a search, why then at such a length of the line, it strongly slows down.
