Faster/easier navigation though list- and iconviews in MP (1 Viewer)

Getting tired of scrolling endless pages of songs with arrow up/down to find the song you are looking for? There are faster ways of doing this when you know what you are looking for.

Already asked myself, where this announced feature hide, thanks MrMitchell.
Very helpful. Will try if it works on epg search, too (think this is a listview)

I'll have to try that out sometime, but right now I've got buttons "9" and "0" set to do other things (Niveus remote doesn't have as many programmable buttons as some others... its only downside).

What button on the mce remote works like "backshift" ?
If you typed in a wrong character you can't navigate out..
