Feature request: Play DVD with My Videoes disabled (1 Viewer)

Currently it's not possible to watch a DVD inserted to a drive without the My Videos plugin enabled. This goes for both "Autoplay" and "Play DVD/Disc".

I usualy disable My Videos because I use Moving Pictures, but this doesn't mean I newer use physacal DVD's..

I would like both "Autoplay" and "Play DVD/Disc" to work without enabling My Videoes.

For MP1.2 autoplay was changed so it is not tied to My Videos anymore. If you disable My Videos there must be some plugin providing this new autoplay support though. Needed changes are described in Wiki.

I don't think this is a good aproach. You may have a large DVD collection, but no movie collection on your HD.

If you disable My Videos (wich you don't need because you don't have any movies on your HD), you can't watch DVD. I think a built in player should handle this job unless a plugin wants to do the job.

Is there any plugins supporting this anyway?
